The Vivo X90s continues to make headlines with leaks
Vivo has been gaining attention for some time now with numerous different smartphone models. The model that the company is currently making known is the X90s.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo is readying to unveil their latest device, the Vivo X90s, on June 26. With numerous reports indicating the inclusion of the advanced Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset, the new phone is anticipated to be a substantial upgrade to its predecessor, the Vivo X90, which was powered by the Dimensity 9200 SoC. As a teaser, Vivo has disclosed the design and color choices of the X90s through a promotional poster.
The Vivo X90s maintains a strong design link with its predecessor, the X90, and features a similar circular camera arrangement, an LED flash unit, and the prestigious ZEISS logo. The phone's aesthetic appeal is further boosted by a horizontal stripe on the back, marked with the text “Xtreme Imagination Vivo | ZEISS co-engineered.” It will be available in two vibrant color options - white and a refreshing cyan. The company has yet to confirm whether the phone will be available in additional color variants such as red and black.

Looking at the rumored specifications of the Vivo X90s, it is expected to be equipped with the upgraded Dimensity 9200 Plus chip, paired with the latest Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. The other specs are speculated to be largely identical to the Vivo X90. We might see the X90s packing up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, running on the OriginOS 3.0-based Android 13.
In terms of display, the X90s is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The camera department will likely house a 32-megapixel front camera and a rear triple camera unit consisting of a 50-megapixel primary lens (with OIS), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.
