The sight of the sealed box for the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 surfaced
The highly anticipated new foldable smartphone model MIX Fold 3 from Xiaomi now made its appearance in its sealed box form.
Xiaomi's upcoming book-style foldable, the Mix Fold 3, is expected to debut later this month, offering an impressive list of features. Leaked images on the Chinese social media platform, Weibo, have shown the device's retail box and provided a first glimpse at the cover screen. The image of the box has confirmed that the new smartphone will be equipped with a Leica-tuned quad camera system.
The other leaked image has given us a peek at the cover screen, which seems to feature a slight curve on its right side along with a centrally positioned punch-hole cutout for the front camera. The Leica-tuned cameras have previously graced older Xiaomi foldables, but the Mix Fold 3 is the company's first foldable to showcase four rear cameras. Based on previous reports, the phone will include a main Sony IMX800 sensor, an ultra-wide lens, a telephoto lens with 3.2x optical zoom, and a periscope telephoto lens with 5x zoom.

The phone's foldable cover screen is expected to be 6.56 inches with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The main display of the Mix Fold 3 is speculated to be an 8.02-inch foldable AMOLED panel with QHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
As for the phone's internals, it is expected to pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a whopping 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Powering this technology, the Mix Fold 3 is anticipated to be backed by a 4,800mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
