Following its previous leaks, the GT Neo 6 series, developed by Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme, was now spotted in the certification process.

It has been reported that Realme is setting the stage for the launch of its flagship Realme GT Neo 6 series, anticipated to occur later this month or in August. These latest reports reveal that the two variants of the Realme GT Neo 6, namely the RMX3820 and RMX3823 models, are prepared for unveiling. The RMX3820 is rumored to be marketed under the names Realme GT Neo 6 240W or Realme GT Neo 6 Pro, whereas the RMX3823 might be the standard version bearing the Realme GT Neo 6 name. Crucial specifications for both models have appeared on TENAA, shedding light on what potential customers can expect from the GT Neo 6 series.

TENAA's listing for the Realme GT Neo 6 model number RMX3820 suggests it will feature a 6.74-inch OLED screen that offers 1.5K resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, possibly supporting a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is projected to run on Android 13 OS and Realme UI 4.0. It seems the RMX3820 variant will include a 5,200mAh dual-cell battery that might support either 100W or 150W charging, though the listing specifies a single cell's size as 2,540mAh.

The Realme GT Neo 6 series appeared in the certification process

The power behind the RMX3820 is believed to be a 3.2GHz octa-core processor, likely the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It will come with a variety of options, including 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 128 GB to a massive 1 TB. This model will likely feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera, with a rear triple camera setup consisting of 50-megapixel, 8-megapixel, and 2-megapixel sensors. Reports also suggest that it will include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera with OIS support and other features like an IR blaster and an in-screen fingerprint sensor.

The Realme GT Neo 6 240W, while largely identical to the standard variant, may vary in its battery specifications. According to TENAA, one of its battery cells measures at 2,225mAh, indicating that it might feature a 4,600mAh battery and support 240W charging, similar to the Realme GT Neo 5 240W.
