The POCO C65 model has been launched in the global market
The Chinese tech company POCO has finally released the global version of the POCO C65 model it has been working on for a while.
Expanding its budget-friendly lineup, POCO has introduced the POCO C65 to the global market. This new entry in the C-series follows the C55, which debuted earlier in the year. The POCO C65, which seems to share its design and features with the Redmi 13C—a device that's also on the cusp of its release—brings several enhancements over its predecessor.
The POCO C65 boasts a modern boxy design complemented by a side-mounted fingerprint reader integrated into the power button for added security. The device's aesthetics are further highlighted by its dual-camera setup, housed within two prominent circles and set against a rectangular backdrop that sports the POCO logo on the right.
The smartphone features a sizable 6.74-inch display with a waterdrop notch, offering a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels. The display is capable of a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth visual transitions and peaks at 600 nits for brightness, ensuring visibility even under bright conditions. Additionally, the screen is fortified with gorilla glass to resist scratches and minor accidents.
For photography enthusiasts, the POCO C65 is equipped with dual rear cameras, including a 50MP primary sensor complemented by a 2MP macro lens. It also features an 8MP front camera, which is ideal for selfies. The camera software comes with a variety of modes to enhance photo quality and user experience.

Performance-wise, the POCO C65 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, ensuring a balance of power and efficiency. This processor is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The device also incorporates virtual RAM technology and offers a storage expansion option via an SD card slot. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery unit, which supports 18W fast charging, offering ample power for extended use. On the software front, the POCO C65 runs on the latest MIUI 14 right out of the box.
Connectivity options are comprehensive, including a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, WiFi, NFC, and Bluetooth capabilities.
The POCO C65 will be available in a range of colors, namely Black, Blue, and Purple. It will be sold in two variants: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and a higher-end model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Details regarding the pricing and availability of the POCO C65 have not been disclosed as of yet.
