On the 4th of July, iQOO is poised to take the stage with a notable launch event in China. The spotlight of the event will shine on the introduction of iQOO 11S, the newest flagship smartphone from the company. Accompanied by robust specifications, the phone is set to make a significant impression. Alongside the flagship reveal, iQOO will also unveil the TWS 1 and the iQOO Neo 7 Pro under its Indian wing. As we eagerly anticipate these launches, insider tips provide us with intriguing information regarding the iQOO 11S's processor and cooling system.

Contrary to some expectations, the iQOO 11S will reportedly maintain its allegiance to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, clocked at 3.2GHz, as per the tipster Digital Chat Station's claim on Weibo. It seems the handset will not opt for the overclocked version operating at 3.36GHz. This aligns with the precedent set by the iQOO 11 and 11 Pro, both of which utilize the same processor with identical clock speeds. Moreover, VC cooling is expected to feature in the device, as confirmed by DCS. Despite some reports suggesting the iQOO 11S might receive the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 under the hood, these rumors remain unsubstantiated.

As for the iQOO 11S itself, its predicted specifications paint an enticing picture. The smartphone is said to boast a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED Quad HD+ display with a fast refresh rate of 144Hz. There's also talk of a dedicated display chip to elevate the graphics and gaming experience. Powering this device will be a 4,700mAh battery enclosed within a metal frame. The device is also anticipated to offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a generous 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. On the software side, the phone is expected to run the OriginOS 3.0-based Android 13 right off the bat.

Turning our attention to its photography capabilities, the iQOO 11S might feature a 16MP front-facing camera. The rear camera unit is rumored to be a triad, with the main sensor being a 50MP Sony IMX866V. Additionally, the device is reported to support a stunning 200W fast charging.
