The design of the Vivo 29 series emerges
The Chinese tech company Vivo continues its work on the new smartphone series.
Vivo appears on the verge of introducing the Vivo V29 series in various markets. Turkey is likely to be one of the first markets to welcome these new devices, either by the end of this month or early next month. Recent teasers released by Vivo Turkey gave a glimpse of what's to come with the V29 series. The latest teaser revealed what seems to be the design of the Vivo V29 and V29 Pro.
In the sneak peek, the rear designs of the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro were unveiled. The main camera, situated in the upper camera ring, and an additional camera ring housing two more cameras alongside an LED flash, suggest this is the design for the Vivo V29 model.
Based on recent leaks, the Vivo V29 might come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, a 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus, and a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS on the back. Other possible specifications include the Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset, 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of built-in storage, and a 4,505mAh battery with 80W fast charging capabilities.
As for the Vivo V29 Pro, it also appears to have a triple camera setup with a ring LED flash. Reports hint that this Pro model might feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz screen, a Dimensity 8200 chipset, 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB of internal storage, and a 4,600mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
In terms of optics, the phone is speculated to carry an autofocus-enabled OIS 50-megapixel front camera and a rear camera setup consisting of an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel telephoto sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. It is suggested that both devices will run on Android 13 and FunTouch OS 13. There's speculation that the V29 Pro could be a repackaged version of the Vivo S17 Pro from China.
