Surprising details about the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Series!
Report states that Cirrus Logic sent shareholders a letter this month in which the company stated that it plans to introduce a new HPMS component to the smartphone market next year and that it continues to work with a "strategic customer." Cirrus Logic's high-performance mixed-signal chips, also known as HPMS, include haptic drivers for the Apple iPhone's Taptic Engine. John Forsyth, the CEO of the company, had previously stated that the "back half of next year," which refers to the second half, would be the timeframe for the introduction of this new component into the market.
The introduction of this new component in the latter half of 2023 coincides with Apple's anticipated September 2023 launch of iPhone 15 Pro models.
A month after well-known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated that the iPhone 15 Pro models will feature solid-state volume and power buttons, this new development regarding touch-based buttons for the iPhones occurs.
