Samsung has pulled the plug for this model: no more production
South Korean tech giant Samsung has now pulled the plug for their popular model. There will be no more productions.
The South Korean Samsung is said to have reduced the volume of production of the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. There is a possibility that the number of smartphones produced in the future will fall by as much as 70%. This might come as a surprise for some users but looks like global shortage has some effects on producers.

A report from TheElec says that Samsung has significantly lowered the number of units it wants to ship this year for its mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A23 5G. The Korean electronics manufacturer had originally planned to ship 12.6 million units, but this number has now decreased to less than 4 million, or 70 percent less. In the beginning of this year, Samsung aimed to ship 12.6 million Galaxy A23 5G and 17.1 million Galaxy A23 4G smartphones.
4G version was released earlier this year. The Galaxy A23 5G was released later, in the second half of the year. The company plans to produce fewer Galaxy A23 5G devices in the future due to the difficulties it encountered, despite the fact that the issue was resolved. In addition, Samsung will only intend to distribute approximately 5 million units of the model by 2023.
