Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra leaked: major specifications
The phone is 233g and has dimensions of 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9 mm. It shares the same dimensions as the previous S22 Ultra, as expected. The display is also the same size, 6.8 inches, and it has a resolution of 1,440 x 3,088 pixels (19.3:9 aspect ratio). The rated capacity of the battery is 4,855 mAh; consequently, the usual capacity ought to be listed as 5,000 mAh. The CPU frequency of the phone shows three clusters: 2.8 GHz, 2.0 GHz, and 3.36 GHz. The higher clock speeds of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SM8550-AC, which are reputed to power the Galaxy S23 series worldwide (the GPU is also overclocked, but TENAA does not list that), coincide with this.
8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage will be paired with the chipset. There was also a base model of the Galaxy S22 Ultra with 8/128GB of storage, but that model may not be available in China.
