Samsung Galaxy S23 FE appears in a new certification process
The Galaxy S23 FE, which has long occupied the tech world's headlines with leaks, is now spotted in a certification process.
The buzz around the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is palpable. This smartphone, stemming from Samsung's widely acclaimed FE (Fan Edition) series, is poised to make its official debut soon. Yet, ahead of its formal introduction, the model has emerged on a new certification platform.
Recently, the Galaxy S23 FE was identified on IMDA, Singapore's certification platform, with the SM-S711B/DS model number. This certification testifies to its 5G capabilities, as well as support for NFC, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity. Although initially anticipated to launch in the year's final quarter, recent indications suggest that its unveiling could be imminent.

Unfortunately, the IMDA listing didn't spill many details about the Galaxy S23 FE. However, a recently leaked 360-degree video provided glimpses into the smartphone's boxy design. From current knowledge, the S23 FE will likely come in two chipset variants: the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and the Exynos 2200 SoC. Rumors also hint at a 6.3-inch AMOLED display and a 10-megapixel front-facing camera. The device's rear is believed to house a robust 50-megapixel triple camera setup. Powering all this is an expected 4,500mAh battery, which would support fast charging. Besides IMDA, this smartphone has made appearances on other certification platforms, further fueling the excitement for its release.
