Samsung Galaxy A14 5G popped up on Google Play Console
South Korean tech giant's new phone Samsung Galaxy A14 5G on Google Play Console. Here all the details.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has surfaced, this time on the Google Play Console. The Console provided details about the Exynos 1330 chipset in addition to confirming some display specifications. The Samsung S5E8535 chip has six A55 cores operating at 2.0GHz and two Cortex-A78 cores operating at 2.4GHz. The Mali-G68 runs graphics at 950 MHz. This is compared to something like the Exynos 1280, which was used in some 2022 A and M series phones, as well as the Dimensity 700, as shown in the table below.

According to Geekbench results, the MediaTek chip, not Samsung's own, will power at least some Galaxy A14 models. Galaxy A13 5G uses the Dimensity 700, whereas the A13 4G uses the Exynos 850. Additionally, we have seen Geekbench scores from both the Exynos version of the Galaxy M15 5G and the Exynos version of the A13 5G. Both versions of the A13 5G and the M13 5G had 4GB of RAM (there may be higher capacity models, but they were not tested).
Additionally, Samsung is working on a more powerful Exynos 1380. A Mali-G615 GPU based on ARM's most recent graphics architecture is said to be used. Returning to the actual telephone, the Samsung Cosmic system A14 5G will be very huge, including a 6.8" LCD (with FHD+ goal, as affirmed by the GPC). Its design was revealed in a leaked image, which showed a triple camera on the back with a 50MP main camera and a 13MP selfie camera in the front. The phone will have a powerful 5,000 mAh battery. Galaxy A14 5G's official support page went live a few days ago, usually one of the last steps before the official announcement. Since the A-series typically receives a group announcement toward the end of the year, we should also see the launch of a few others in the coming weeks.
Since the Exynos 1330 is supposed to be a replacement for the Exynos 850, this may be Samsung's way of saying goodbye to LTE. We haven't heard anything about a 4G version of the Galaxy A14, and it's possible that there won't be one.
