The Samsung Galaxy A14 4G has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security and a 13-megapixel selfie camera inside the display notch. The back panel features a 50-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
Although Samsung Malaysia stated that the device is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core chipset, recent reports reveal that it actually has the Helio G80 chipset. The device offers 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a microSD card slot, and runs on Android 13 OS with One UI 5 on top.
The Galaxy A14 4G has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging. It measures 167.7 x 78 x 9.1mm and weighs 201 grams.
