Redmi Note 12 Series global launch date tipped!
Redmi Note 12 series' production of the Redmi Note 12 Series begins in Asia and Europe; a global launch date is anticipated.
Redmi introduced the Note 12 series of smartphones in China last month. The Redmi Note 12 Pro, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+, and the standard Redmi Note 12 are the three models in the series. Looks like the series now will come with a global launch. The global Note 12 Pro+ 5G variant was added to the FCC database earlier this month, pointing to a global launch.
The anticipated timetable for the series' global launch has now been provided by tipster Mukul Sharma. Sharma tweeted recently that the Redmi Note 12 series has begun serial production in several Asian and European regions. The tipper also says that the devices will be available in these markets starting in December or early next year.
Redmi Note 12 Pro specifications
Redmi Note 12 Pro series features a 6.67-inch centered punch-hole OLED display that has a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels (FHD+), a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, a 1920Hz PWM dimming, and a dimming level of 16,000 levels. The 20:9 panel supports HDR10+, HDR10, and Dolby Vision and has a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, a color depth of 10 bits, and a peak brightness level of 900 nits. The phones are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The Pro Plus's 3,000 mm2 VC cooling system is larger than the standard Pro edition's 2,000 mm2 graphene-based cooling system. For the Pro and Pro+ models, respectively, both devices feature a 5,000mAh battery with 67W and 120W fast charging capabilities.
The Pro has an OIS-equipped 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera for optics.On the other hand, the Pro Plus features a 1/1.4-inch, 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPX main camera. However, the 2MP macro camera and 8MP ultra-wide camera on both devices are identical.Both have front cameras with 16 megapixels.
