Redmi Note 12 Global variant will gain attention with camera specs

Xiaomi is going to introduce Redmi Note 12 series in India on January 5. These phones have been teased by the company for a few weeks. The Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus will be the three devices to come. These three devices are anticipated to be identical to Chinese models, according to teasers and leaks. However, the most recent teasers for the vanilla model hint at a slight difference.

Official renders provided by Xiaomi India indicate that the regular Redmi Note 12 that will be available in India will differ slightly from the Chinese-made model. The images indicate that the global Redmi Note 12 will have three cameras. The Chinese model has dual cameras, which may not be obvious.

The smartphone's main camera will have the same 48MP resolution as the original device, according to Xiaomi India. Sadly, the company has not provided any information regarding the remaining two cameras. Due to the presence of a 2MP depth sensor in the Chinese model, it is possible that the global version will also include a second 2MP macro snapper. We do not believe that Xiaomi will include an extremely wide unit on the global model.
