Redmi 13C launch seems imminent, here's what to see
According to Xiaomiui, the yet-to-be-named Redmi 13C was discovered in the IMEI database. While the listings do not explicitly mention the device's name, they do reveal that it will come in three different model numbers, each designated for a specific region:
- 23124RN87C – China
- 23124RN87G – Global
- 23124RN87I – India
Within the MIUI codebase, the phone is referred to as 'air,' and its internal model number is 'C3V.' It is set to be powered by a MediaTek chipset and will run on MIUI 14, based on Android 13.
Judging by the first four digits of its model numbers, it is possible that the smartphone could make its official debut as early as December. The initial release is expected to take place in China, followed by availability in other markets.
As for the device's design, the renders indicate it will feature a flat frame design, along with a dewdrop notched display on the front and a triple camera setup on the rear. The primary camera is anticipated to be a 50MP sensor, with a camera layout reminiscent of the Xiaomi 13 series.
Lastly, prospective buyers can expect the Redmi 12C to be offered in black, blue, and light green color options.
