Nubia is on the verge of introducing the next generation of its Red Magic gaming smartphones, with the unveiling set for November 23. In anticipation of this official launch, key specifications of the Nubia Red Magic 9 Pro have surfaced through an AnTuTu benchmark listing, offering a glimpse into the capabilities of this upcoming device.

The AnTuTu benchmark has confirmed that the Red Magic 9 Pro will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is built using TSMC’s advanced 4nm process. The performance benchmarks revealed are quite impressive. The Red Magic 9 Pro has achieved a total score of 2,290,773 points in the AnTuTu benchmark tests, breaking down into 516,397 points for CPU, 904,492 points for GPU, 457,734 points for Memory, and 412,150 points for UX.

Further details from the benchmark listing indicate that the Red Magic 9 Pro will be equipped with up to 24GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a massive 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Additionally, it will operate on the latest Android 14 operating system.

In Genshin Impact’s Xumi City map, the device maintained an average frame rate of 60.16fps, consuming an average of 4831.19mW power over a 30-minute gameplay session. Similarly, in Honkai Impact: Star Rail, the Red Magic 9 Pro achieved an average frame rate of 59.29fps with an average power consumption of 5599.63mW over the same duration.

In a comparison with competitors like the Xiaomi 14 Pro and iQOO 12 Pro, both powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the Red Magic 9 Pro demonstrated superior performance in both frame rate and power efficiency.
