realme GT Neo 5 visits Geekbench, hinting an intense upgrade
Upcoming realme GT Neo 5 has been spotted on Geekbench platform. The listing revealed key specifications of the smartphone.
The Realme GT Neo 5 will soon be available for purchase in China. However, the upcoming smartphone was discovered on the Geekbench listing ahead of its official launch, unveils some of its most important features.
realme GT Neo 5 will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
realme GT Neo 5, with the RMX3708 model number, will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, which is the same as the one in the OPPO Reno 9 Pro+ and the upcoming OnePlus 11R/Ace 2. However, it is expected to be an underclocked version of the chipset with a peak frequency of 3.0GHz.
As reported, GT Neo 5 managed to achieve 1279 points at single core and 3902 points at multi core tests. Additionally, the Geekbench listing revealed that at least one variant will feature 16GB RAM. However, we can also anticipate variants with 8GB and 12GB RAM. In addition, the listing reveals that the Realme GT Neo 5 will come pre-installed with Realme UI 4.0, based on Android 13.

As previously reported, realme GT Neo 5 will be equipped with 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution based on previous reports on other certification websites.
As to optics, there will be a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel sensor on the rear. Additionally, the device will be available in two charging variants, including a 150W and 240W fast charging versions.
