Realme GT Neo 5 is coming with a larger battery and 150W charging
Realme has been working on a better version for Realme GT Neo 5 and now we have more details.
The 240W fast charging Realme GT Neo 5 is coming on February 9. A teaser image of the second version of the phone with 150W fast charging was shared today by a senior executive at the company. The teaser has given us some ideas about what to expect from the new device.

According to the company's tests, the slower-charging version will have a 5,000mAh battery that can go from 0% to 100% in 16 minutes. The Dimensity 8100-powered GT Neo3 150W is the only smartphone from Realme that supports 150W fast charging. Our real-world tests revealed that it takes 16 minutes to fully charge the 4,500 mAh battery, so we are curious to see how the GT Neo 5 stacks up.
The 150W GT Neo 5 model is expected to use Mediatek's Dimensity 8200, a 5nm SoC, while the 240W model is expected to use Qualcomm's chipset. Both models are expected to have similar specs. The capacity of the battery is also different, but the most important question will be whether either of the smartphones will be sold outside of China or if one will only be available to Chinese customers.
