OPPO Find X6 series to launch flagship Snapdragon chipsets and Sony sensor
The famous tipster of the smartphone world, Digital Chat Station, has revealed new details about OPPO's upcoming flagship series known as Find X6. According to the reports, the vanilla phone of the series will be equipped a display with a resolution of 1.5K pixels on the front. On the other hand, the professional model of series Find X6 Pro will have a 2K resolution display on the front. It is certain that these displays will offer high refresh rates.
In addition, it is reported that the vanilla Find X6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset whereas Find X6 Pro to be supported by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The phone will support 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
There will be a huge improvement for the optics. Source states that both models will have a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor. Optical support will be provided to both these devices with the MariSilicon X image processing unit.
In addition to the 50 Megapixel primary camera of the Pro model, two 50 Megapixel lenses will be accompanied to this phone. The third camera of the vanilla model will be 32 Megapixels. The Find X6 series is expected to be launched in the first months of 2023.
