Oppo A78 5G spotted in the certification process this time
The new smartphone model A78 5G, which has been under development by Oppo for some time, is now observed in the certification process after a long period.
Oppo, a prominent name in the smartphone industry, seems to be preparing for the launch of a new device from its popular A series. The latest certification findings hint at the upcoming device being the A78 5G model.
A device bearing the model number CPH2565 was recently discovered on Indonesia's TKDN certification platform, and this particular model has also popped up on the EEC certification platform. However, the most recent sighting was on the NBTC database in Thailand. These earlier listings did not disclose the official name of the device, but NBTC spilled the beans, revealing the marketing name of the prospective smartphone. Intriguingly, there's already an A78 5G model which made its debut in the Indian market earlier this year.

As per these certifications, it seems plausible that the new device might hit the Thailand market soon. The Oppo A78 5G, seemingly a follow-up to the previously launched Oppo A77 5G model, could be next in line. Worth noting, the Oppo A77 5G was introduced to the Indian market as the K10 5G. Therefore, it's conceivable that the A78 5G model might also be brought to the Indian market under the K series nomenclature.
Regrettably, the listing information is scarce at this point. Apart from the model number CPH2565 and the A78 5G moniker, there's little information available regarding specifications, pricing, design, and other particulars. Hence, it's recommended to stay tuned as more updates are likely to surface, providing further details about this forthcoming device.
