Oppo A18 is launched
The A18 model, developed by the Chinese tech company Oppo, debuted after much anticipation.
Late in September, the Oppo A18 was launched globally, starting with its debut in the UAE. Fast forward a week, and the device has made its way to the Indian market. Positioned as an entry-level 4G smartphone, the Oppo A18 is essentially a pared-down version of the Oppo A58, given their similarities in design and chipset.
However, there are distinctive differences between the two models. The A18 comes with a slightly reduced display size, a camera with fewer megapixels, and less rapid charging capabilities. Delving into the specifics, the A18 is encapsulated in a plastic body, standard for many budget smartphones. It boasts a 6.56-inch LCD front display with an HD+ resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels, enhanced by a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of 720 nits. A small dewdrop notch also adorns the screen.
