The OnePlus Open, initially scheduled for release on August 29, is now expected to debut in late 2023 and is rumored to be a book-style foldable, similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
It is speculated to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz cover screen and a 7.8-inch foldable AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, the phone is expected to have a 4,805mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and 50W wireless charging, running on Android 13 with the OxygenOS Fold variant. Furthermore, rumors suggest that the OnePlus Open could be a rebranded version of the Oppo Find N3, slated for launch in China in the coming months.
