Foldable devices are our new normal and OnePlus has one on the way as well. Samsung and Huawei has really successful businesses when it comes to foldables and now OnePlus is joining them.
OnePlus offers their own foldable
Reports stated that the device would be called OnePlus Fold. Recently Max Jambor posted the information on Twitter, noting that the name was patented earlier this year and it looks like the device will be called as OnePlus Open. OnePlus Open seems like a great idea, especially in a world of foldable devices like the Galaxy Fold, Mix Fold, and X Fold. @MaxJmb claims that OnePlus also considered the Prime, Wing, Peak, or Edge options.
The new telephone is supposed to come in late August and as usual we have some ideas to expect about the device. Renders propose a roundabout camera island, level sides and a ready slider on the left-hand side. The cover screen is said to be a 6.3-inch AMOLED, while the large display is likely to be a 7.8-inch AMOLED panel. The chipset ought to be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, matched with 16 GB Slam and 512 GB stockpiling.
