There's also buzz around the OnePlus 12R, a more budget-friendly variant, which is anticipated to debut in India towards the end of January. This upcoming launch marks a significant expansion in OnePlus's product line, offering a more accessible option to a broader audience.

The OnePlus 12R recently made an appearance on the IMDA certification platform in Singapore. This listing revealed the model number (CPH2609) and confirmed its support for essential connectivity features such as 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC. Although the certification didn't divulge much more, it does suggest that the OnePlus 12R is gearing up for a global launch soon.

Adding to the anticipation, a recent global marketing campaign inadvertently leaked the potential launch date of the OnePlus 12R. The campaign pointed towards a January 23rd release in India. While OnePlus has not officially confirmed this date, the leak aligns with the predictions of noted tipster Max Jambor, who also suggests a late January launch.

For photography enthusiasts, the OnePlus 12R is likely to feature a compelling camera setup, including a 50MP OIS main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 32MP telephoto sensor. A 16MP front camera is expected for selfies. Completing the package, the phone might come with a 5400mAh battery, supporting 100W wired fast charging, ensuring quick power-ups.
