Older Android and iOS devices to lose WhatsApp support after this date

WhatsApp will continue to support the following operating systems:
- Android 5.1 and later
- iPhones running iOS 12 and later
- Phones with KaiOS 2.5.0 and above, including JioPhone and JioPhone 2
If you are unable to update your device to a supported operating system, you will need to switch to a newer device to continue using WhatsApp. WhatsApp periodically reviews the operating systems it supports to ensure the best user experience and to maintain security standards.
