Nothing's latest devices began to emerge
Having made a mark in the industry with its transparent smartphone design, Nothing currently focuses on new devices.
Last week, Carl Pei, the Chief Executive of Nothing, unveiled CMF as their inaugural sub-brand. He indicated that products under this new brand, including a smartwatch and earbuds, are slated for release within the year. The introduction of these products seems imminent, especially since they've reportedly received approval from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in India.
A notable mention was made regarding two CMF products that secured BIS's endorsement. These products, identified by model numbers B163 and D395, are speculated to be TWS earbuds and a smartwatch, respectively. The certification from BIS strongly suggests that India might be among the first markets to witness the launch of CMF products. Still, the distribution plan for other global markets remains ambiguous.
Nothing's latest devices began to emerge
While the precise specifications and features of the anticipated CMF smartwatch and earbuds remain under wraps, expectations are high for the company to shed light on them soon.
For clarity, CMF represents Colours, Materials, and Finish. Pei has communicated that CMF aims to release products that break the mold in their price bracket—offering affordability combined with a distinct and timeless design. This strategy will allow consumers to integrate seamlessly into the Nothing ecosystem. On the other hand, Nothing is poised to persist in rolling out premium offerings characterized by exceptional design and avant-garde technology.
