Nothing Phone 1 gained a lot attention from attention in smartphone market and now the Nothing Phone 2 is on the way.
Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing, stated in December that Nothing Phone (2) will not launch immediately. Nothing Phone 1 got so much attention in smart phone market and now Nothing Phone 2 is coming up with more exclusive features. The CEO of the compay said that the company won't be like other original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that produce dozens of products annually and will instead concentrate on the Phone (1) and the software development for it.
As is to be expected, this statement disappointed many fans and potential customers who were waiting for the Phone (2). However, Nothing's founder confirmed that the Phone (2) will indeed launch in 2023 in a recent interview with Inverse.

In the interview, Pei said that the Phone (2) will be released in the United States. The phone is also expected to be released in "late 2023." It's possible that the phone will cost more than its predecessor. Although Pei did not provide any specifics, sufficient hints indicate that the Phone (2) will have a superior specification sheet to its predecessor. Software will be a major focus for us as we develop a smartphone that is more expensive than the Nothing Phone (1), Pei stated.
