Honor, the technology company, is preparing for the imminent European launch of the much-anticipated Honor 90 series. The brand has slated a launch event on July 6 in Paris, where the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro smartphones are expected to be unveiled, along with other exciting devices. Apart from Europe, there are strong indications that the Honor 90 will also be introduced in the Middle East, as suggested by its recent appearance on the TDRA certification website.

This certification intimates that the Honor 90, bearing the model number REA-NX9, is poised for release in the UAE. Although the certification listing remains mum on the specific details concerning this model's specifications or pricing, it strongly hints at a forthcoming launch in the region. The Honor 90 comes equipped with a 6.7-inch 10-bit Quad Curved AMOLED display, boasting a resolution of 2664×1200 pixels. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, a pixel density of 435ppi, a staggering peak brightness of 1600nits, and also features the industry's first-ever 3840Hz PWM dimming capability.

At the heart of the device is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition, delivering superior clock speed compared to the conventional Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. A Vapor Chamber Cooling technology, spreading over 4483 mm2, is incorporated to maintain peak performance and stave off overheating. Confirming in a press release, the brand has stated that the device will support Google Mobile Services (GMS) in global regions.

On the photography front, the Honor 90 is armed with an extraordinary 200MP primary camera, supported by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth-of-field sensor. Despite the absence of Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) is included. The device also features a 50MP front-facing lens for high-quality selfie captures. Additionally, it carries a single-cell 5000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging via a USB Type-C 2.0 port. An in-screen fingerprint scanner is integrated for enhanced security.
