New details about the camera system of the Vivo X100 Pro have emerged
The Vivo X100 Pro model, developed by the Chinese tech company Vivo and frequently mentioned with leaks, now draws attention with its camera specifics.
Vivo is gearing up to launch its newest smartphone, the Vivo X100. One of its standout features is the impressive camera sensor. The device is said to boast a 64-megapixel camera sensor accompanied by a periscope module. This 100mm periscope lens has been designed with an f/2.5 aperture, optimized specifically for low-light photography. The phone incorporates an OmniVision OV64B 64-megapixel 1/2” sensor, which features 0.7µm native pixels and has the capability for 4-in-1 binning.
Zeiss is reportedly working in collaboration with Vivo for this project, and they will be integrating Vario-Appo-Sonnar lenses into the smartphone. The primary camera sensor of the device is believed to be a uniquely designed sensor from Sony, anticipated to be a 53-megapixel 1/1.43” sensor.
