Nearly all features of the Honor X50 have been revealed
Honor, the rising star in the smartphone world, has been working on the Honor X50 model for a while. Now, nearly all features of this phone have been unveiled.
Honor, the technology company, is poised to reveal the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro smartphones on May 29 in China. In the wake of this launch, the firm anticipates introducing two additional devices: the mid-tier Honor X50 smartphone and a foldable device named the Honor Magic V2. The latter has already received certification from China's MIIT authority and is projected for a July release in China. Meanwhile, the X50 is slated for a June release, with its key specifications already unveiled via China's TENAA certification platform.
The forthcoming Honor X50 has been identified on TENAA with the model number ALI-AN00. Its dimensions are 163.75.5 x 7.98mm, and it weighs 185 grams. The device is furnished with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display boasting a 1.5K+ resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels, along with an in-screen fingerprint reader. Similar to its predecessor, the Honor X40, the X50 is also speculated to support a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Honor X50 is rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. Although the TENAA listing does not specify the chip, it mentions a 2.2GHz processor. The device will likely offer various RAM options, including 8 GB, 12 GB, and 16 GB.
Storage editions for the X50 are also speculated to range from 128 GB to 256 GB, and up to 512 GB. Notably, the device does not feature a microSD card slot. It is equipped with a sizable 5,700mAh battery (rated value), indicating a probable typical capacity of around 5,800mAh.
The handset is expected to operate on Android 13 OS and Magic UI 7. For capturing selfies, an 8-megapixel camera will likely be included. The phone's rear is expected to house a dual-camera setup, featuring a 108-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary lens. As of now, there is no insight into the phone's design as no images have yet appeared on TENAA's database.
