Moto Edge 40 Pro spotted again, launch seems imminent
Motorola is gearing up to launch flagship Moto Edge 40 Pro following SD8 Gen 2 release. Here are all the details.
Moto Edge 30 Pro series was launched earlier this year. The successor of this smartphone, Moto Edge 40 Pro, has been spotted on FCC with some key details. There are also previous reports that present the specifications of upcoming Edge 40 Pro. Let's check out what is known so far.
Moto Edge 40 Pro spotted on FCC
Moto Edge 40 Pro with model number XT2301-4 was spotted on TRDA listing, which revealed the name of the smartphone. Later on, the same model number, has been spotted on FCC listing, which revealed some details of upcoming smartphone.
According to details, Moto Edge 40 Pro will support 125W wired charging. Moreover, smartphone is expected to support wireless and reverse wireless charging. In addition, smartphone will also support 5G, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth connections.
Previous reports have indicated that the Moto Edge 40 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm's latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, along with LPDDR5X RAM and latest UFS technology.
For the optics, smartphone will be equipped with 50-megapixel primary sensor, 50-megapixel ultra-wide unit and a 12-Megapixel telephoto lens. In addition, smartphone will feature a display that supports 165Hz refresh rate, for outstanding smoothness for media and gaming experience.
