It is slightly more expensive than the standard version, and only 1000 units have been released. The special edition will be available with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Limited Edition has no changes in its internal hardware compared to the standard version. The special edition only includes different packaging and cosmetic design elements, inspired by BMW. The device comes with a BMW-themed packaging box and includes a hard case with a design based on the classic BMW M3 E30 car.
Additionally, the package includes six badges representing various eras of BMW performance cars and a BMW roundel to commemorate the company's 50th anniversary. The phone also has a boot animation based on the original BMW M3 car and all these extras are housed in a neat box.
