iQOO Z8x appears on the Geekbench platform
Developed by the Chinese technology company iQOO, the iQOO Z8x model now shows up on the Geekbench platform.
iQOO is gearing up to unveil the iQOO Z8 and the iQOO Z8x smartphones in its home market, China. Expected to be launched by the end of this month, these devices have created a buzz. Recently, a Vivo smartphone with the model number V2312A surfaced on Geekbench, and it's speculated to be introduced as the iQOO Z8x in China.
This smartphone, with its Geekbench listing, is shown to be powered by a Qualcomm processor, combined with 8 GB of RAM and running on Android 13. Performance scores from the benchmark tests indicate 968 points for single-core and 2845 points for multi-core. Multiple entries for the V2312A on Geekbench consistently show these specifications.
Diving deeper into the chipset details, the device, thought to be the iQOO Z8x, reveals 4 x CPU cores with a speed of 1.80GHz and another 4 x CPU cores at 2.21GHz. An examination of the Geekbench source code indicates the presence of the Adreno 710 GPU, suggesting that the iQOO Z8x might utilize the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset.

On the other hand, the iQOO Z8 is believed to sport an LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and may be driven by the Dimensity 8200 chipset, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Potential battery capacity is rumored to be 5,000mAh, supported by 120W fast charging, but the entirety of its specifications remains undisclosed.
Moreover, iQOO is also preparing to launch the iQOO Z7 Pro in India. This device might share similarities or be a variation of the Dimensity 7200-powered Vivo S17e that's available in China.
