The latest leak regarding the iQOO 12's camera features indeed appears to be quite promising and fantastic, raising anticipation for this upcoming flagship smartphone.

This powerful chip is poised to make its official debut at the annual Snapdragon Summit at the end of this month, generating significant buzz in the tech world.

Now, focusing on the iQOO 12, one of these eagerly awaited handsets, which has been the subject of speculation for several months. A fresh leak, courtesy of the reputable source Digital Chat Station on Weibo, sheds light on the device's camera hardware.
According to this leak, the iQOO 12 will feature a formidable triple camera setup on the rear. Leading the pack is a 50MP OmniVision OV50H primary sensor, complete with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Notably, the official spec sheet states that this particular OmniVision sensor measures 1/1.28” in size, although it's suggested that iQOO may market it as 1/1.3”.
This new imaging sensor is set to rival the popular Sony IMX966, which is slightly smaller at 1/1.4”. To gauge the actual performance of this latest 50MP sensor from OmniVision, enthusiasts will have to await the device's official unveiling.
Turning to the secondary cameras, the leak indicates that the iQOO 12 will boast a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide unit and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B 3x telephoto shooter, also featuring OIS.
Earlier leaks have hinted at the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered phone being backed by a robust 5000mAh (or more) battery and supporting rapid 100W wired charging. The device is expected to flaunt a high-frequency dimming flat display with a dazzling 2K resolution, complemented by a frameless camera deco design.
Furthermore, the iQOO 12 is set to offer ample memory and storage options, with configurations including 16GB of RAM and 512GB or 1TB of storage, catering to users with diverse needs and preferences.
