With its introduction just around the corner, the iQOO 11S model emerges as an incredibly significant device for the Chinese brand.

iQOO is steadily unveiling features of its upcoming flagship phone, the iQOO 11S, set to launch on July 4 in China. Recently, it was revealed that the smartphone will come with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. A fresh poster has now disclosed the specifications of the top-tier 11S variant.
iQOO confirmed that the premium model of the 11S will be kitted out with 16 GB of LPDDDR4x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Additionally, the device will provide up to 8 GB of virtual RAM.
Information from a report last month suggested that the iQOO 11S will be available in four configurations: 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. It's expected to be available in three colors: black, white, and blue.

As per the details that have surfaced thus far, the iQOO 11S could be a flat-screen counterpart of the iQOO 11 Pro 5G, which features a curved-edge display. Reports indicate that the iQOO 11S will be outfitted with a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display, offering a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It is anticipated to run on the OriginOS 3.0-based Android 13.
The iQOO 11S is slated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It could potentially be equipped with a 4,700mAh battery that supports 200W fast charging. The primary camera in its rear camera setup might be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX866 with OIS support. Specifics about its other cameras remain undisclosed. The device is also set to offer an in-display fingerprint sensor and a dedicated display chip.
