Recently, a report from Unknownz21 indicated that the iPhone 15 Pro might make its debut in a captivating 'Dark Blue' color variant.
According to the report, the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro's blue variant, rumored to be available in a new titanium material, may showcase a unique brushed texture, distinguishing it from Apple's previous stainless steel choices.
iPhone 15 Pro Dark Blue color option might be "darker" compared to that of iPhone 12 Pro
Moreover, while Apple previously offered a blue color option for the iPhone 12 Pro models, it is important to highlight that the blue shade anticipated for the iPhone 15 Pro will be darker and incorporate additional gray tones to enhance the complementing effect with the titanium texture.
Crimson and Mint Green color options might join to iPhone 15 lineup as well
Alongside 'Dark Blue' rumor, information leaked on Weibo and spotted by 9to5Mac, the iPhone 15 Pro is rumored to introduce a fresh "Crimson" color option as well. The leak suggests that the shade of red will be deep, albeit slightly lighter than the deep purple color found on the iPhone 14 Pro models.
Additionally, alongside the iPhone 15 Pro, the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are expected to offer a "Mint Green" color choice reminiscent of the green options available for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12.
iPhone 15 series set to begin mass production in August
Tech analyst Jeff Pu (via MacRumors) has indicated that mass production of the iPhone 15 series is projected to start in August, following Apple's usual release timeline. This suggests that the official announcement of the iPhone 15 lineup may take place in September. Pu also forecasts that Apple intends to manufacture around 84 million units of the iPhone 15 series in the latter half of 2023, with the Pro models expected to generate significant demand in the initial months following their release.
