Huawei Mate 50 Pro makes a difference

HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro phones come with two different types of back covers, glass and vegan leather. The glass cover is available in two colors, Silver and Black, which gives the phone a distinctive and elegant look. The vegan leather version has an Orange color inspired by the bright rays of the sun. In addition, the orange colored vegan leather version uses the Kunlun Glass screen protection system, which has the five-star glass drop resistance certification of Switzerland's SGS. HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro phones also support IP68-rated water resistance up to 6 meters underwater, allowing them to easily overcome wet and dusty environments.

 Revolutionary Camera Technology

Huawei Mate 50 Pro raises the bar for photography

At the heart of the HUAWEI Mate 50 Series is a remarkable camera. The XMAGE Camera System with Ultra Aperture, the first product of Huawei's new imaging brand XMAGE, is the first smartphone camera to allow you to adjust the physical aperture between ten levels (stops). This means you have a truly versatile camera system. For example, you are on vacation and want to catch the perfect sunset. Just set the aperture to the lowest aperture and get super sharp focus with great depth of field that can show everything from the foreground to the background of your sunset landscape. On the other hand, you may have a date with your partner and want to take a nice portrait of him. Increase the aperture size to f/1.4, reduce the depth of field and get nice bokeh that makes your loved one seem like the only person in the room.

In terms of display technology, Huawei has led the revolution in replacing the RGGB pixel arrangement with the RYYB array since the P30 Series. This increases the efficiency of light reception by 40%. The larger sensor paired with RYYB photosensitive pixel matrix and support for dual pixel focusing technology makes it possible to obtain ultra-clear images throughout the full focal length and time frame.

As for image processing, image algorithms have also been upgraded by adopting an XD Fusion Pro Ultra-HD image engine and computing optics that transcend physical boundaries. XD Fusion Pro enables Huawei images to faithfully record the light and shadows of the physical world. This includes a number of beautiful filters that perfectly complement the new Ultra Aperture XMAGE Camera. Bringing all this together, the Huawei Mate 50 Pro is currently the best photo-taking smartphone in the world, with the highest score in the professional camera comparison tests of the DXOMark site.
