Following the recent unveiling of the Honor X9B, another intriguing development caught our attention: the appearance of the Honor X7B on Singapore’s IMDA certification website. The Honor X7B seems to be the next installment after the Honor X7A, which was launched earlier this year featuring entry-level specifications.

The device in question has the model code CLX-X2 and is noted for supporting Bluetooth and WLAN connectivity. The details remain scant, with little additional information available from the certification. Based on the naming trend, it's plausible to infer that the Honor X7B could be introduced alongside the Honor X9B, which has also been spotted on various certification platforms.

A quick recap of the Honor X7A, which the X7B is set to succeed, reveals a smartphone boasting a robust 5330 mAh battery complemented by 22.5W fast charging capabilities. It claims to provide an impressive 42-hour battery life. Sporting a slim profile at 8.3mm, it features a 6.75-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. Camera enthusiasts might appreciate the quad-camera setup on the rear, led by a 50MP primary sensor. This is accompanied by a 5MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Selfie aficionados have an 8MP front camera at their disposal.

Powering the Honor X7B is the MediaTek Helio G37 SoC, coupled with options of 4/6 GB RAM. Connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C 2.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi. While details are currently limited, it's safe to anticipate improvements over its predecessor.
