Honor is set to reveal the highly anticipated Honor X50, a groundbreaking budget smartphone powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.
Honor has introduced the Honor 90 and 90 Pro smartphones exclusively in China, boasting impressive specifications and a visually pleasing display. Although these models are currently limited to the Chinese market, Honor is reportedly developing a new mid-range device as part of its X series. The Honor X50 has recently been observed on TENAA, revealing its detailed specifications, and it has now obtained China's National Quality Certification, indicating that its launch is drawing nearer.

The Honor X50 smartphone, identified by the model number ALI-AN00, has received national quality certification, affirming its compatibility with 35W fast charging and 5G connectivity. As per its TENAA listing, the device boasts dimensions of 163.75.5 x 7.98mm and weighs 185 grams. It showcases a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner and an impressive resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels.
The Honor X50 is expected to be available in storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, without the ability to expand. Powered by a 5,700mAh battery, it is likely to provide a typical capacity of around 5,800mAh.
The smartphone is anticipated to utilize the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, a recently launched mid-range system-on-a-chip (SoC) by Qualcomm.
Featuring a 4nm manufacturing process and a Cortex-A78 CPU as its primary core, this processor configuration offers a significant 40% improvement in performance compared to its predecessor.
