In the past, Honor had a noticeable presence in the Indian smartphone market. However, it seems that a comeback is on the horizon for the brand, with Madhav Sheth from Realme reportedly leading the charge. The Honor 90, speculated to be Honor's re-entry device, is expected to debut in mid-September with an approximate price under Rs. 50,000.

The reported launch of Honor 90 is anticipated for the first half of September. Though the exact date is unknown, the smartphone's price is estimated to be around Rs 45,000. This pricing places the Honor 90 in a competitive market segment, alongside popular models like the OnePlus 11R, Oppo Reno 10 Pro, and the newly released Nothing Phone (2).

Available for purchase in Europe, the Honor 90 carries an impressive array of features. It boasts a large 6.7” AMOLED display with 1200p resolution, a robust 5,000mAh battery with 66W charging support, and a mid-range Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Soc processor. The device also features a high-tier camera setup, including a 200 MP sensor and a 50MP selfie camera, complemented by numerous AI enhancement features.

Given its attractive design and advanced camera setup, the Honor 90 may appeal to Indian buyers, a market known for favoring well-designed phones with powerful camera capabilities. Other factors that can contribute to the device's success include strategic marketing campaigns and partnerships with popular influencers.

The potential return of Honor to India brings excitement and more choice for consumers in the smartphone market.
