Honor 90 will be powered by the 2.5GHz Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, while the Honor 90 Pro will be powered by the 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The two models will wear a bended edge OLED board with 3840Hz PWM high-recurrence diminishing. In addition, they will share a robust 200-megapixel Samsung HP3 rear camera.

Both the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Expert will pack a sizable 5,000mAh battery. The Pro model is said to support charging at either 90W or 100W, while the vanilla model is said to support charging at 66W. Official banners have uncovered that the two models will feature different back plans. Extra spilled data proposes that the Honor 90 will include a triple camera arrangement on the back, comprising of a 200-megapixel essential camera, a 12-megapixel focal point, and a 2-megapixel sensor. In the meantime, the Honor 90 Pro will have a main camera with a resolution of 200 megapixels, a 12-megapixel lens, and a 32-megapixel snapper.
