Honor is expected to introduce their brand new serie called Honor 80 Series. The details about the devices have showed up online.
Honor has proven its success since it became an independent brand. The company is highly preferred especially in its home country China with the different devices it offers. Now, Honor has planned a launch event for November 23 in China. The Honor Vs foldable smartphone and the Honor 80 series are both rumored to be coming soon.

Before the launch various reports started to leak online, giving us solid ideas about what to expect from the serie. Today, the Honor 80 series' camera specifications were made public.
According to the tipster, the series will have a primary camera with 160 megapixels. There is currently no smartphone with such a camera on the market. Also, we couldn't find any mobile sensors with 160 megapixels, so it probably won't be a standard sensor with 200 megapixels.
In addition, the series will feature dual 50MP front cameras.
Finally, the tipster claims that a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC will power the series. The leaker uses the keyword "Honor 80 series" rather than the actual model name. It is believed that the highest-end model, which could be the Honor 80 Pro or Honor 80 Pro Plus, has these specifications.
