Geekbench test results for the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE have surfaced
The Galaxy S23 FE, expected to be a new name in the world of smartphones, now reveals itself through a Geekbench test.
Samsung is expected to release the Fan Edition of its flagship Galaxy S-series device soon, following the launch of the Galaxy S21 FE in 2021. Anticipations are set for the release of the Galaxy S23 FE later this year, and already, the device has been the subject of numerous leaks, rumors, and a series of certifications including 3C and a battery certification from South Korea. Recently, the Galaxy S23 FE has made its appearance on Geekbench.
Just last week, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE showed up on Geekbench under the model number SM-S711B. Now, another listing on the benchmarking platform has surfaced, revealing additional details about a variant with the model number SM-S711U1. This particular model number potentially hints at the US and global versions of the device.

According to the listing, the motherboard of the device is codenamed taro and it is equipped with a multi-core setup that includes four cores clocked at 1.79GHz, three cores at 2.50GHz, and one core at 3GHz. The device also sports an Adreno 730 GPU. These details line up with the specifications of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The listing further indicates that the device has 8GB RAM and runs on the Android 13 OS. In Geekbench's single-core and multi-core tests, the device posted scores of 1,549 and 3,718 points respectively.
The Galaxy S23 FE is slated for launch in selected markets. It's known that the device with the model number SM-S711B will come with an Exynos 2200 processor. What remains to be seen is whether Samsung will offer two processor options for the S23 FE, or if the processor choices will vary depending on the region.
