Expected to encompass two models, the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro, the rumor mill was set in motion by a listing on the GSMA IMEI database. This particular listing identified the devices with the model numbers V2318 and V2319. However, details beyond these model numbers remain scant.
For context, the Vivo V29 and V29 Pro were notable for their 6.78-inch AMOLED displays, which boasted Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Both models charmed users with their curved designs, metallic frames, and glass back panels. Photography enthusiasts especially appreciated the rear triple camera setup, anchored by a 50MP primary camera with OIS capabilities.
