The eagerly awaited new model from OnePlus, Ace 3, has been revealed in the China Telecom listing before its January launch, showcasing its design and features.
OnePlus, the dynamic smartphone manufacturer, is shifting its focus to the Chinese market with the imminent release of the OnePlus Ace 3 series. This move comes after the introduction of the OnePlus 12. The Ace 3 series is expected to include two models: the standard Ace 3 and the OnePlus Ace 3V. The company has teased the OnePlus Ace 3, which is anticipated to launch in early 2024.
Prior to its official launch, details about the OnePlus Ace 3 have surfaced thanks to a listing on China Telecom. This listing not only provides a glimpse into the phone's specifications but also reveals its images and pricing. Such early insights are a treat for tech enthusiasts and potential buyers.

The OnePlus Ace 3 bears a design resemblance to the OnePlus 12, featuring a circular camera module, curved edges, and an alert slider on the left side. It boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz curved-edge OLED display, promising a superior visual experience. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the phone offers two RAM configurations - 12GB and 16GB of LPDDR5x - and has a range of storage options from 256GB up to 1TB of USF 4.0 storage.
For photography enthusiasts, the OnePlus Ace 3 is equipped with a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. A 16MP front camera is also included for high-quality selfies. The phone's battery life is impressive, featuring a large 5500mAh battery with support for 100W rapid wired charging.
The OnePlus Ace 3 maintains a sleek profile with a metal middle frame and includes an IR blaster, dual speakers, and NFC functionality. The device measures 163.30 x 75.27 x 8.8mm and weighs 207 grams.
In terms of pricing, the OnePlus Ace 3 will be available in three variants: 12GB+256GB priced at approximately 3299 CNY ($460), 16GB+512GB at around 3699 CNY ($520), and the top-tier 16GB+1TB version estimated at 3999 CNY (~$560). The color options are expected to be Star Black, Moon Sea, and Sand Gold.
As we await official confirmation in January, the OnePlus Ace 3 is also expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 12R for the global market. However, there might be some adjustments to the specifications before its global debut.
