Following its launch in Singapore last month, the Vivo Y17s has now made its debut in the Indian market. This budget-friendly smartphone comes equipped with some noteworthy specifications.

The Vivo Y17s boasts a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. It offers a 60Hz refresh rate, impressive 840 nits of brightness, an 83 percent NTSC color gamut, and a pixel density of 269 ppi. For selfies, it features an 8-megapixel front camera, while the rear setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera along with a 2-megapixel bokeh lens.
Powering the Y17s is a substantial 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. Under the hood, you'll find the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, paired with 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. Moreover, it offers expandable storage through a dedicated microSD card slot. The smartphone runs on Android 13 with the FunTouch OS 13 skin.
In terms of connectivity, it offers dual SIM support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an IP54-rated chassis for added durability.
The Vivo Y17S is available in Glitter Purple and Mystic Green color variants and can be purchased through the Vivo e-store. It comes in two storage configurations: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage priced at Rs. 11,499 and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at Rs. 12,499.
