There are new leaks concerning the iQOO 12 series, developed by the Chinese tech company iQOO, that have piqued interest.
The highly anticipated iQOO 12 series of flagship smartphones is on the horizon, with the official unveiling expected to take place in China soon. However, before any formal declaration, leaks surrounding the key specifications of the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro have emerged.
One noteworthy revelation comes in the battery and charging department. According to the information shared, the iQOO 12 will be powered by a dual-cell 2,440mAh battery pack, which is expected to have an overall typical capacity of 5,000mAh. Alongside this, the model will support 120W fast charging.

This marks a step down in charging speed when compared to the iQOO 10 and iQOO 11 Pro models, which boasted a remarkable 200W fast charging. Despite this decrease, the 50W wireless fast charging speed remains unchanged. The iQOO 12 Pro, on the other hand, will feature a 2,490mAh dual-cell battery, potentially rated for an overall capacity of 5,100mAh.
As for the display, it's hinted that there won’t be substantial differences between the base and Pro models. The series is set to offer three color variants: black, white, and red. Furthermore, the anticipated launch is in early November 2023. A standout feature of the Pro model is the rumored inclusion of an E7 AMOLED display from Samsung. This is expected to deliver a sharp 2K resolution, while the base model will possibly come with a 1.5K resolution, both offering a smooth 144Hz refresh rate.
