The largest supplier of the company based in Cupertino intends to quadruple its workforce in India.
Foxconn is reportedly going to significantly increase the number of employees employed at its iPhone factory in India over the course of the next two years. Interestingly, this information comes after the iPhone manufacturer experienced production disruptions in China as a result of local lockdowns. According to anonymous sources, Foxconn, based in Taiwan, now intends to add 53,000 additional employees over the next two years to bring the total workforce at its plant in southern India to 70,000.
