Apple iPhone 15 will have Wi-Fi 6E
Apple's brand new iPhone 15 series ar still far away but reports and leakes stated to show up. Here are all details.
Recent reports and leakes gave us some important ideas about what to expect from Apple's new series iPhone 15. Let's take a look at them.
Apple iPhone 15 will have Wi-Fi 6E
Analysts Blayne Curtis and Tom O'Malley wrote in a research note that the iPhone 15 models will have Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. Unfortunately, it is not clear whether the most recent networking standard will be available across the board or only on the more expensive Pro models. The company with its headquarters in Cupertino currently offers Wi-Fi 6E standards not only on its MacBook Pro and Mac mini PCs but also on its most recent iPad Pro models.
However, the current generation of iPhone 14 models only support the Wi-Fi 6 standard. It's interesting to note that the iPhone 13 and even the iPhone 14 series were rumored to support the Wi-Fi 6E standard in the past but this did not happen, so we can not say for sure that Apple will include this feature for 15 series. The Wi-Fi 6E operates over the 6GHz band as well as the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. This makes it possible to achieve lower latency, faster wireless speeds, and less signal interference.
