Honor, a prominent smartphone manufacturer, is gearing up to reveal the Honor X50 on July 5th in China. The phone has already made its presence known by appearing on the Geekbench benchmarking site, revealing its Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. Moreover, a screenshot of the unannounced smartphone's AnTuTu benchmark scores has been shared by a Weibo user, showing impressive results.

When put through the AnTuTu's CPU test, the Honor X50, powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip (SM6450 part number), logged a score of 174,760. Additionally, in the GPU, memory, and UX tests, the device notched up scores of 138,731, 144,348, and 120,879 points respectively. All these results led to a commendable total score of 578,718 for the X50.

Looking back at the phone's performance on Geekbench, it produced scores of 909 and 2726 in the single-core and multi-core tests respectively. These benchmark scores hint that the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip might outdo the Snapdragon 778G SoC in terms of performance.

Leaked information also unveils the Honor X50's physical and technical features. It is said to come with a curved-edge 6.78-inch AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Operating on the Magic UI 7.1-based Android 13 OS, it will house an 8-megapixel front camera and a 108-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel dual-camera system.

The X50 will provide up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. It is designed to incorporate a 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast charging. The phone will measure 7.98mm in thickness and weigh 185 grams. Available in white, silver, and orange shades, the X50's 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage edition is speculated to be priced at 1,599 Yuan (~$220).
